Le Petit Français Red 2014 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%). It is a product from a traditional fermentation of 3 weeks. Thanks to the temperature being controlled between 77 and 83 degrees, the result is a mellow extraction of tannins. The Pinot Noir grapes have been selected from one individual slope located on a southern bank facing the Mediterranean sea and its gentle breeze.
