Tasting Notes

After a manual harvest ripe, the grapes are gently pressed with a pneumatic press. The juice is then left to settle overnight and sung in compounds barrels 30% new oak. They start their fermentation in yeast and indigenous bacteria. After the take-off 14 months later, the wines undergo dégrossissante 5μ filtration membrane and are then bottled by gravity.

Beautiful purity, fine aromatic and mineral intensity, lightly toasted hazelnuts, lemon. structured and pure palace, really long with a tense final, elegant and a good aging potential.
