Tasting Notes

Le Petit Francais Rosé 2015 is a blend of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%), typical blend of Languedoc- Roussillon. It is a product of cold pressing and clarification of juices. The fermentation has been done at low temperatures, between 54 and 59 degrees, in order to preserve the floral and fruity aromas.
