Tasting Notes

The way the wine is made helps bring out unique qualities that set it apart from other wines. Grenach Noir sits in the tank by itself while two other varietals sit in a second. This enhances their respective flavors and gives the final product an interesting, copper color. The wine has a touch of smoke and tobacco, with rich and delicate, spicy aromas of crystallized fruit and honey in the mouth.
