Tasting Notes

Packed with dark red berries and cocoa, soft tannins, a medium body and plenty of ripe black raspberries, thyme and a hint of smoke, this is already showing that it could drink well early. From a blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot , the wine is aging in 60% new French oak barrels. The tannins are soft, the wine is fresh and should drink well with just a few years of bottle age.
