Tasting Notes

Clear ruby color. Clean, pronounced nose of herbs, earth with some minerals. Dry, medium bodied, with high acidity and tannins. Medium alcohol. Flavors of gamey or animal, vanilla and toast. Long finish. Small vineyard made and made well.
