Tasting Notes

This wine has a rather hot, smoky, and meaty aroma. On the palate, it has a rather stylish and interesting dark fruitiness. The taste is bright, but also deep and smoky, laid over a lot of substance and structure. A good amount of tannins give the wine a big, gripping, heavily-extracted feel. It is well-defined, lifted, and is rounded off by a very clean finish.
