Type of grape : 80% Grenache ; 20% Syrah 

Âge of the vines : Old Vines, Syrah 30 years, Grenache 50 years.

Types of soils : Clay-limestone soil sand thermos regulated to extract tannins and aromatics smooth fermentation. Part of the wine (30%) is aged in oak barrels.

Degustation : Beautiful deep red color. An expressive nose of jammy black cherry and black currant. In the mouth it is soft and round, finishing with spicy notes, liquorice. This wine shows a nice balance between the fruit, its creaminess and freshness.

Ageing potential : 4 years
